Rooftree is happy to offer the following services to its corporate clients and tenants of its furnished suites. When you apply to lease a Rooftree furnished suite, we will send you an up-to-date election form and price list for all options applicable to the suite.

Airport pickup. On request, we will arrange to have new arrivals met at the airport by a limo or mini-van.

Housekeeping. Housekeeping visits every two weeks are included at no extra charge. More frequent housekeeping service is available for an extra monthly fee.

Flexible payment. Payment can be by bank draft, cheque/post-dated cheque, or electronic transfer. Corporate accounts with automatic bank deposit can be arranged.

Phone service. Local calling and voice mail are included at no extra charge. Long-distance is available and billed to the client.

High-speed Internet. This service is provided at no extra charge. Detailed instructions for making use of the service are provided in the suite.

Cable TV. Basic service is provided at no extra charge. Extended packages can be included in the lease.

Local assistance. You'll have access to in-building superintendant services. Assistance with issues related to the suite and its services, or your Rooftree account, is available locally. Simply call (902) 229 8507.
