Rooftree properties all have one thing in common: they are chosen,

Rooftree suites are furnished
and decorated with taste and warmth, and attention to
the particular needs of travellers (we've included
every necessity it would be inconvenient to bring).

Our properties are either real condominiums
in modern buildings of the highest standard, or well
built houses in well-serviced, child-friendly neighbourhoods.
Unlike many other suppliers of furnished accommodation, we
never rent out units in ordinary apartment buildings.

Location.
We purchase properties only in the most
desirable locations, either in downtown Halifax, close to
most offices, restaurants, and shops, or in better
suburban neighbourhoods.

Amenities.
We tried to think of everything, right down
to the three sets of towels. And we did not forget the
corkscrew. Need a laser printer? A scanner? A fax machine?
All are available (for a small monthly charge), and can be
requested any time during the stay.

Customer support is available locally 24 hours a day.
Housekeeping service is standard. All properties are fully managed
so that you can focus on business, or on enjoying your vacation.
