Rooftree Privacy Guarantee
We take our customer's and potential customer's privacy seriously. Accordingly
we have established the following privacy and spam reduction policies.

We do not send unsolicited email to people or companies that simply
make inquiries by email. We may from time to time send email to people
or companies that either already have accounts with us, or are in the
process of renting a suite or setting up an account, but we will only
do so as needed in the regular course of business with the customer, and
only if the customer does not indicate a preferred means of communication.

We do not sell, rent, or give away the contact information of customers
or potential customers, except when making a referral with the customer's
consent.

Rooftree owns its properties. However, it is unavoidable that at times
all our properties are engaged. Rather than turn a valued customer
away, we may make a referral to another reputable local furnished
accommodation supplier. Unlike some companies, when we do so, we will
always let the customer know, and make referrals only with the
customer's permission.

We reserve the right to conduct credit checks of prospective corporate
and private renters, but we will always inform the customer before a
credit check is conducted, and we keep all credit-related information
in strictest confidence.
